The Real Estate & Hotels segment operates shopping centers and hotels; and leases office buildings and other properties.
It operated 162 shopping centers; and 44 hotels with a total of 6,533 guest rooms.
The Others segment is involved in credit card, information processing, and other businesses.
In addition, the company bus, travel agency, machinery and rolling stock maintenance, car leasing, construction, consulting, publishing, truck delivery, seminar and staff sending, and accounting services; supplies linen, and thermal renewable energy; and operates ski resorts.
